Hello PR community, I thought I should reintroduce myself after being absent since .4 (I think it was .4, with everybody crashing around with MH-6's in Mutra/Muttra) .

It has been a wile but now when I come back it has changed so much, the British are AWESOME, the MEC are no longer stereotyped AK wielding religious tarts and the PLA have some real nice improvements. I am still having trouble figureing out why people execute me whenever I go near an aircraft, I don't even get near to selecting the pilot kit and I get twated, is there a reason?

The only real problems I have seen so far is the L85A2 with the L17 grenade launcher has a hand rail and iron sights, that is imposable. People have also pointed out ingame that the British are not dressed in modern battle uniform.

not sure to why ppl are tking you for jets, normally dont happen, must be some vBF2 window shoppers doing it

as for the SA80 with UGL, we did not make that mode, thats a place holder made by EA for there "BF2:EF booster pack", why it looks so **** compared to our L85s
We have made a model and it will be in v0.7

as for the player models, they where made before BF2 was even released, they have been improved for the new patch coming out thou

hope that helps, if you are unsure of anything read the player guide which as you are talking about pilot kits etc im sure you know of

Sounds good, the PR L85s do look dappa.

Have you released any media about the new L85+UGL combo or the new player models? Does the team divulge release dates, can we expect 0.7 soon?

The L85A2 should alwase have a SUSAT, only on rare occasion have I seen hand rails attached although early in Op Telic some engineers had to make do with them. Also; it is not possable to fit iron sights and an UGL to an L85A2.

Is that what the MEC will be acquiring from the patch? I noticed they have the G3 as their standard rifle, a good choice in my opinion. Every time I have been to the middle east their 'polis' have MP5s or short G3s. In Turkey, perticularly in the east, the Jandarma have G3's.

Euro Forces booster pack, not patch.

I was actually going to ask, why didnt the British Grenadier get a scope, if youre planning it on all grenadiers.
Now I know, its an EA model

Is that what the MEC will be acquiring from the patch?

They are still getting a sexy G3 UGL and a Marksman version (G3-something with extended barrel)

not a new model just a new skins to make them look a little better, made by the community, you can see the brit skins WIP pics in community modding

and A-10 a EA patch, wtf? you really expect EA to release a patch? Even if they did they wouldn't make a good L85....

Any chance of an update ABOUT THE PATCH. Reason being is becuase you have talked about the patch in many random threads BUT i do not know of an official Anoucement. SHOUDL THAT NOT COME FIRST before general and "UNOFFICIAL" rnadom patch comments.

How could we make unofficial posts about the patch, if it was officially announced?

As i said, i do not know of an Official annoucement. SO in all standard and decent human politeness would it not be an idea to inform me of when and where this official annoucement was made?

p.s I am Liking the "Wabbit", use of language did suprise me and i shall have to make mental note of it!

we will make an official post when we know its going to be released. Eggy has been really, really busy over the last few weeks, so progress on the patch has slowed but now his r/l work seems to be slowing down abit and hes getting more time for pr again
