Perfect Spawntimes?

Yes. I know this has been discussed in lengths in the past.
Yet, i feel both the game and its commuity has evolved in such degree it can bear fruit to adress this topic a-new.
I also think one have to dig relatively deep in the archives to pull out any dusty post regarding PR spawntimes.
With the increased spawntime in .5, alot of players opposed. I for one felt the rubberband still had potential. And for every single game i play, i feel my foolish deaths should have more consequence than the megerly few seconds added to the vanilla timer.
Multiple servers ran the mod modified, with shorter spawntimes. Changes were made, servers now run normalized edition and TK's and civilian genocide allready pro-long spawntimes. Still I no longer see newcommers complain about long spawn times. Not to the same extent, at least.
I would like a longer wait after one's killed... say 30 seconds for starters added to the base respawntimer. It can be negotiated, its just a number. It may be redical it may even be soft. But it would change the gameplay, for better or for worse.
Do you guys feel we have the perfect balance between life and death? Do you fear the bullet enough to dodge them in suppresive rate? Do you think the guy you last shot made all the right moves?
If you do, go ahead and lock this.
If some of you dont, we might bring new light to the discussion and maybe make some future changes. I want your thoughts on this.

Not even sure if this fits this or the General Discussion forum best, had to make a pick.

death needs to be more scarier in PR! espacialy with the influx of new loactions to span SLs, RPs, commandertruks, apcs, bunkers main base and ect. Is this by the way veeing addresed in the new parch coming out?

The devs mentioned they were working on some system that would make death less desirable but without increasing spawn time, sounded interesting and much more appealing then just waiting to spawn in for longer.
