I'd guess when you've not spawned, but open the squad screen and watch the battle like that, using VOIP to diect them.

ya it is and the insrgents hould but they should differnet buildings to build like Roackblocks like on BDH map and stuff like that

He means insurgents should get unique buildable assets, since they can't deploy wire, sandbags etc they should have things like roadblocks like the ones I haven't seen in the 'BDH' map, which I don't know. Something for the suggestions forum tho, not here.
