Movable Carriers

The problem with movable carriers and vehicles being on them is that the vehicles get damaged. Then it dawned on me. In 2142, the titans can move, yet nothing @ all happens to the soldiers or vehicles on them. They don't wiggle around like they might in the belly of a Merlin or anything. So, if PR could do a conversion to 2142 (I am sure most of the code is the same) or maybe even do this* to BF2 they would be able to get around this.

* - Let aircraft spawn on the carrier, except make the areas where they are repair-points and also make sure the planes/soldiers/helis/etc... don't look/act like they are being bumped by something.

Not going to happen, switching over to BF2142 part that is. If they did, wouldn't they have to start from scratch. Moveable carriers might be nice but then imagine people beaching them (BF1942/FH flashback)...

If you beach it, 1 H-AT rocket will do you in unless you got 5 engy's repairing it @ the same time. If you shoot enough holes in a boat or a big enough one, it will take on water.

i believe the code that allows vehicle stacking was put in BF2142 (was supposed to be in BF2, poor LCAC)

though it would be useless in this mod anyways

It takes alot more then just copying some code over to go to another game.
