M16 recoil

I am sure this has been discussed but I didn't see it on the list so what the hell.
I would really like to see the recoil on the M16A2 rifle lowered. If you've ever fired one, you know that the weapon's recoil is rather negligible. You can fire a burst and you won't even lose your sight picture.
It seems in PR firing the 5.56X45 NATO round is comparable to the recoil of 7.62X51 NATO. You should be able to put multiple 5.56mm rounds on target without losing your sight picture.
For reference, here I am firing a 16 inch AR15 rifle. Notice how little the weapon moves even when putting multiple rounds down range.

And in case the youtube thing doesn't work, here is a direct link.
