in the tank after u fire and a round has been loaded wat does the guy shout?
and also when ur a humvee and u right click wat does the guy say?

In the tank the gunner is saying "SABOT up!" (pron. SAY-BO) meaning the next round is in the breech and good to go.
He'll say it whether you have SABOT or HEAT ammo activated.
Dunno about the Humvee though.

HEAT never heard him say that. btw do the MEC also have sounds like this for tanks

He won't say "HEAT up", what I meant was he'll say "SABOT up" regardless of which tank ammo you're using
I always keep the voices in English (doing this will give you a small performance boost and if you're not fluent in Arabic or Chinese it helps you understand what's being spoken about in-game) but as I don't speak Arabic or Chinese I guess they're saying the equivalent of this in their own language.
Essentially, you'll hear this in whichever faction's armour your fighting in
