learn to fly it. The blackhawks was like that initially, but you'll get used to it. Maybe could be turned doen a touch but it gives it character.

Plus it means that not every helo flies the same, which is a welcome addition i think.

It's different from the cobra, but not really any harder to fly well. Just get used to it ;)

if it's too hard to fly then don't fly. there are many people who can use apaches and any other aircraft in an extremely, almost unfair manner. me and my gunner got over 700 points (each) hunting t-90s in the hills of kashan, we lasted 1 and a half hours without crashing/getting shot down. if all you're going to do is tip over after the first 3 minutes, then you should probably get in a tank or something that is easier to control.

in fact don't even bother getting near an aircraft if you are
  • drunk (learning that the LB that is supposed to pick up your squad is doing loops in the littlebird while exclaiming that they are "totally hammered" does not give anyone much faith of making it back to the main in anything more than a body bag.)
  • new
  • under 16 (i have seen a few really good kids in cobras/BHs but they are rare at best)
  • inexperienced gunner/pilot
  • don't know what your doing

Meh, I always fly with a mouse :-P

Just takes a lot of practice.

I also fly with a mouse. I have no problems with helicopters. The only thing that kills me is a lag.

We can't do much about the lag, and I think it's really an invisible helicopter killer super weapon that enemy probably has. :p

The other day we got both cobras in Kashan at round start, and started moving towards the bunkers to get lag and crash both after flying for 1 min. :( 20 min waiting...

ya. dont know why any1 would complain about hele controls. i love them 2 death and using the mouse is the only way. iv tried once or twice witht the arrow keys. "ERRRNT" just dont get enough control. like between a full lock 2 the side with a cars wheel or the gentle turn. it takes some time but when u learn its the only way.

Is this a joke? I use my mouse to fly and I find the WAH-64 Apache the easiest aircraft to fly in PR. It’s very smooth to maneuver. I fly low and fast without crashing, so I for one think it’s the easiest to handle. If I find the time I'll make a video of it.

It's a good point but how else do you learn without going near a chopper?

Learn in a Merlin because it is by far the easiest to fly IMO. Havan't tried the new Apache yet, just bout to go on our server and try it out.
