As with most Wikis over time, the PR one is beginning to get pretty heavily outdated. Is there one person who is tasked with keeping it up dated (among other, more pressing things) or is it just done when the DEV's get a chance?

Its a Wiki, anyone is free to put their input in it.
And to correct it if your input is about fast-ropping

So, feel free to help out

Yeah it is unofficial. Im going to translate the official wiki.

I update the wiki every now and again. Did some stuff for vehicles in militia and insurgents a couple weeks ago.
