I need unstructions on how to get the kashan training map to work

I downloaded the file and it is called "Kashan-Desert-_Insurgency-32_64_-Training_0.613_v2" It is zipped and i have tried many times to get it to work. I would appreciate it if someone would give me step-by-step instructions as to how to get it to work. I just dont know where to put the files and stuff. thanks in advance
