Hi all. As promised in an earlier thread, here's all my videos I have from when both myself and my unit were serving in Iraq.

They range from Op TELIC 1 (when I was there), to Op TELIC 6.

Enjoy :)

Yeah, broken for me too unfortunately, talk to Paladin-X for hosting, if you're nice enough there might be a chance ;)

Look forward to watching it, and if it's some good stuff with your permission we could make it the menu bg video for the release :)

Cheers

Rgr, what you want to try doing maybe is saving it via the Xvid codec, best compression out there. Cheers, downloading :)

Don't worry, the others' background music are slightly less 'adult' ;)

Bit of background on that vid. Messines company was during Op TELIC 4. It was make up of various TA Regiments, including the London Irish and the Royal Irish. Hence all the differing cap badges, head dress and flashes.

Good stuff Gaz! As unfunny as the whole war aspect of it all is, I couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of seeing those Land Rovers driving around as fast as they did with the 2x speed of the film to the tune of the Benny Hill Theme! :D

Very very cool videos. I specially like the second one, less "american" than the first (Grounchy Media has a similar video. Same song, same sentiment, but with American machinery.)

aye, it was based on the Groucy Media vid :) Thanks to Paladin-X, who has kindly lent me some FTP space, so I'll fire them all up tonight and post the links here soon. I will scrub the links from the other posts, and post them all in one big post :)
