Radio Ops and inventory map

Alright, I know how some people hate the minimap (im not included in those ones).
Lets say we take out the minimap, and put a simple map in the inventory.
Same kind of thing as the minimap, but graphically different (like a paper map).
Lets also say that if you spot someone, only the people within a 50meter radius around you can see him.
And lets say we introduce a new special kit : the Radio Op
His kit would include :
-Standard weapons
-Field dressings
-A radio
-A map
When the radio ops deploy their radios, every squadmember around him will be able to see the spotted enemies that other squads spotted(only if the other squads have their radio deployed at the same time).
Example :
Sq1 have their radio deployed and spots ennemies
Sq2 have also their radio deployed at the same time
Both squads can see on their maps were the spotted ennemies are.
Example2:
Sq1 have their radio deployed and spots ennemies
Sq2 do NOT have their radio deployed
Sq2 cannot see the ennemies that squad1 spotted
The Radio Op concept could also be incorporated into vehicules (usually, in RL, the one operating the radio and spotting the ennemie is the tank commander)
Of course we can tweak the idea
