A suggestion to PR devs;

Take what you have done with bf2, a tough engine, and a tiny commnity, and use it to apply to gaming companys. Showing some creative coding like the PR code rule sets is impressive, an while it may not get you a spot as a coder, it gets your foot in the door as a tester or other entry position. If any of you have a serious intrest in persuing game creation as a career, try to regularly take a look at gamasutra.com.
The people who are really pushing this mod (and granted, I havent been around in a while, but as I remember it seemed to be a key 6 or 7 people) really have a great position to do something with this. You have a good amount of awards behind you and the fact that you have been a predominant force in a tough mod community (which just so happens to be for a very main stream game).

I think most of the PR devs whith our current portfolios with also awards like 2nd in MOTY etc will eaily be enough to get us into the gaming industry if we wanted to. At the moment I am going to stick with PR, get my portfolio a little bigger and wait to see what happens with PR before I consider moving into the games industry.

Rhino making a retail game? I can't see it, not skill wise because your leet. But I can just see them having a brainstorming session.
