Sniper Kit limitation

It was in my mind for some time now, but I didn't think it's necessary until now, I get lonewolf Hands-of-Death ninjas from time to time in my squad. My problem with PR snipers that most of the time they get separated from their squad and couldn't get another vantage point soon enough to aid his squadmates - not to mention when they don't care at all.
The "classic" shooter-spotter lineup is way more entertaining as I experienced, so I'd suggest that the kit can be requested for a maximum squadsize of three. A larger unit's sniper is the designated marksman, which in this case can be requested the same way as the officer kit (4+).
I heard the DEVs are against the requisition of SR kits from rally points anyway.

Another idea is that the Shooter should get a hand-held designator, to be able to see distances. Or to make it even more entertaining, we should have a very limited "Spotter" kit - only one for each Sniper, must have one of that kit in the squad. His equipment can include a knife, scoped rifle, 2 smoke grenades, maybe an ammo bag, 3 field dressings and a soflam. Dressed in camo-uniform. Feedbacks?
