Civvie in/on; water/vehicle/rope/ladder = fair game

BUT if you just get em bleeding and they die on foot, you are punished.

Will you get punished when you hit them with a vehicle? [driving, not with the gun]

Or you can shoot them in the foot, causing them to start tripping, and then run up to knife them.

I don't think you're penalized for making a civi bleed to death, although that may be up for debate. There's already been quite a bit of back and forth about this.

kind of relating to this. Shouldn't we be able to shoot civies who are climbing with their grapple hook? Yesterday I shot one and got -25 points. :S

civi`s should drowned if they spend to much time in the water, is logical that is you are swimming you body get tire and you have to stop one way or another, so they should be death if spend to much time on the water..imo. that way the "tatic" to spend 2 hours on the river waiting to the enemy get bored and go away shold be stop.

I think you shouldnt be allowed to shoot civilians who are on ropes/ladders/water, but they would be punished if they are doing it too long. I mean, why kill them, you can simply ignore them... I dont see a point in RoE, if you're allowed to kill civilians, for whatever reason...
