[Help!] Effect Editor

So I have been fooling around with the effect editor a bit, pretty fun except for the fact that my knowledge of how to use it is just what I read in a CRYSIS tutorial
Couldn't find any for the BFEditor :/ Anyways, couple of questions for anyone that knows 
-How do I create a new effect (So far I can only find out how to edit an existing one)
-Are the ones located in Muzzle Flashes > Emitter the proper one for guns/vehicles etc? Because I know there are a couple A-10 ones.
-How do I find out what effect a certain gun is using?
-How do I make it track something? Like after I fire how do I have the smoke keep originating out of the barrel and not where the shot was fired?
-If I attach a supply object to the shoulderblast and give it damage speed, will it damage people who are in its radius?

ObjectTemplate.addTemplate e_muzz_shoulderfiredrocket
ObjectTemplate.setPosition 0.0169145/-0.00720508/0.425885
from the tweak, my problem was I was searching "effect" instead of the effect name so I couldn't find the line =P Guess this also answers which effect's are the right ones
