[Help!] Objects wont load in editor

I had a problem with pr_edit crashing at start again, so I moved the maps I am working on, deleted the folder then re-did the pr-edit folder again.

I copied the pr folder, the the BF2 Objects_Client, then overwrote the Objects_Client with the PR one. I placed the maps back and every time I open them up in the editor, the only PRM stuff, that is in the Resources tab are items already in the map, rest doesn't even load. I checked, when extracting the PR Objects_Client and all the folders are there, but they aren't in the editor.

help?

"Now we need to go to the mod manager to tell it what we want it to load. In the toolbar of the bf2 editor go to: Mod > Mod Manager...
Image

In the Mod Manager click on the tab "Editor Content" and in there check every box in the list. If it has a white box next to it it is unchecked and will not load, if it has a green box it is checked and will load the content related to it. (IE: Common, Dynamic Objects, Effects, etc.)

Then click ok, will take a few mins to sort it out."

From rhino's tutorial.

Actually, it did NOT.

I used the Mod Manager to load the stuff twice now and there's still only BF2 stuff in the Resources tab...why wont PR stuff load??

If you have already started a map, and want to now work on it with your new pr_edit mod, all you need to do is copy the map folder from "/*mod name*/levels/" and copy the map from there to "/pr_edit/levels/" then load up the editor and you will be able to load it etc
But I moved the map from the desktop?

make sure you dont have a "objects" folder in your mods/bf2/ director with objects in it as that can some times cause problems.

I found out, that I had the Objects_Server folder inside the Bf2 folder, deleted that out now.
There's also the regular Objects with Weapons/Handheld folder inside, but I don't think, that needs to be deleted (?) :p
