Played with him many times, one of the best SLs and the best pilot out there. Along with Emnyron, and when they are together, Kashan is won.

Yeah, fly and gunning wise I'd say you do the same thing I'm prone to doing - staying low and zipping around quickly. I'm slowly learning to stay up high and out of the way - had there been more players on that server you'd have been in serious risk of taking a stream of .50cal rounds or a few hits from an APC.

I have flown with them many times, and although what you say may be true, they very rarely get shot down like that. Except one game, where we got taken out twice by out own team, 0 times by the enemy...

That says more about the caliber of the enemy then - any low flying chopper should get its tail rotor handed back to itself on a plate, if the enemy are smart.
Soon as it becomes clear that a chopper's causing a serious menance to my side, I'll either get an AA kit or organise a .50 cal trap - two or even three MGs with covering fire. Wait for the chopper to get in range of both/all of them, then open up simultaniously.

Masaq: LOVE doing that with the 50cal, sometimes the pilot just wigs out and crashes, taking care of the problem for us

Ah, the hilarity that ensues when someone freaks when coming under fire, and promptly flies head-first into a hill...though I guess that if done right, low-altitude choppering can work. Just make good use of the mountains around the bunkers I guess.
