To restrict the placement, only allow mortars to be place by commander and it must be placed near a fire base.

I really love the idea of mortars, not commander arty(thats a different story).

You've quoted a Moderator as saying "if you want to discuss mortars, look up one of the old threads about them"... whilst posting a new thread about them.

Please, add your suggestion to one of the MANY topics already in existance that discuss mortars in PR.
