Squad Spawned Spawn Cars

everyone is tired of people driving away in spawn cars, correct?
here is my solution, insurgent maps will load with no spawn cars, instead each squad leader will be given the ability to spawn one for his squad. the spawn car can ONLY be driven by himself or other squad members. however ANYONE on the team may spawn at the spawn car, they will likely spawn in the drivers seat where they will get a message that says
"this spawn car does not belong to your squad, please exit immediately"
and after he has been in the front seat for 30 seconds he will die.
Spawning the Spawn Car
-the spawn car may only be spawned within the mosque or palace area
-the Squad Leader MUST have an officer kit (thats right, insurgents can request kits)
-the squad must have at least 4 members
-the spawncar spawns damaged, a civilian is needed nearby to repair it to full operational capacity (this simulates activating the "spawn mechanism" or the speakers that rally insurgents to fight)
each squads spawncar will have a number corresponding to the spawncars squad, your squads spawncar will be green.

Benefits
- no longer will you be frustrated with people moving your spawn car, you can kick disobedient squd members
- better defense of caches (set s spawncar on your squads cache)
- more spawnpoints simulates more places for insurgents to crawl out of the framework of the city, adding more realism
- more specialized squads (cache squads) (jihad squads) (assault squads) (IED squads) (squads for certain districts of the city)
- more assets the coalition has to worry about)
- a job for our unemployed civilian
- a use for the officer kit
