Supply Line... possible?

So lets say you have 5 flags on a map: A, B, C, D and E
This is a meeting engagement map.
Flag A is the USMC main base.
Flag B is not taken.
Flag C is not taken.
Flag D is not taken.
Flag E is the MEC main base.
When USMC takes B, they get a supply crate in the middle of the flag. This crate has unlimited ammo for anything you need ammo for. This is your "supply line".
Then USMC takes C. Another supply crate shows up at C.
Now your supply line stretches from A to B to C.
Then let's say MEC takes B, breaking your supply line.
Now C is isolated from A. C no longer has supplies... but neither does B -- because B is also isolated from the MEC main flag.
This mode would be called Supply Lines. Unlike AAS, teams can take any flag that they want.. however defending it will be very difficult due to the perks that the flag gets as a result of being connected to their main.
So in this case, B would be very simple to reclaim because flag A has a ton of supplies. At the same time, flag C is harder to defend for USMC because they're now surrounded and have no supplies.
It is possible that the supply crate is not enough to really give the flag an advantage. Surely, MEC could secure B and defend against A without having any supplies come to them... as long as they have a squad leader to spawn on or a rally point.
So here's the kicker... you can spawn on flags that are connected to the supply line. This would add the AAS feel to it, without forcing people to do anything. People would take flags one by one because it would be a natural progression of the battle.
Sure, they can take the flags behind enemy lines -- but it will extremely difficult to hold because they cannot spawn back there. It would still be a valid tactic though... because taking a flag behind enemy lines would cut off the supply line and make the flags before it much harder to defend.
The point is to make it easy to attack flags that are next, but make it very hard to attack flags that are behind enemy lines -- but still possible. If achieved, the attack behind enemy lines will seriously hurt the enemy forces by cutting their supply lines.
I think to make this work, the flags on these maps will need to be placed in different ways specifically for the game mode. Also, the borders/boundaries of maps may need to be changed. Maps would have to be more like EJOD, and maybe more narrow. That way sneaking around and taking a flag behind enemy lines is that much more difficult. Each side could possibly get a chopper so that they could try and insert troops deep into enemy territory.
So.. what do you guys think? Bad? Good?
