i dont really like it... i think flag capturing should be left to infantry... in fact i'd like to see it so you cant help cap a flag from inside any vechile.

2 tanks capping a flag with no infantry is just wrong in my eyes.

I don't see anything wrong capping flags inside vehicle. Chopper, tank, APC, car, whatever can be easy target for proper weapon, so is infantry, they are just different kind of combat elements.

Edit: Actually, giving it a bit more thoroughly tought, MadTommy has a good point, but I think it should be more like crewmen and pilots shouldn't be able capping flags at all. It would prevent armor and choppers parking at flag or tank gunners/drivers popping out of tanks for capping time. It looks unnatural and is unrealistic.

Adding it for choppers would be stupid.

I *HATE* seeing choppers sat low over a flag that's being capped by infantry - it screams "PUT AN RPG/SABOT THROUGH ME!" and just begs for flaming wreckage to scatter itself onto the heads of the troops below. It also makes it abundantly clear that there's members of your team capping that flag.

That is NOT something that should be encouraged.
