2. I dont think so the Bradley is used as a Anti Air but if or when the Stryker comes it will becxome the APC.
3. No M-14 is used by normal combat troops. The SF forces mostly use it.
1) If this mod is supposed to take place in the near future, why exactly are they adding a UH-1 variant? UH-60's and CH-47's are the norm for transport rotorwing, both would be well suited for PR. Someone is already working on a Chinook, although I am not aware on the status of it making it into PR.
2) As stated, the vehicle currently in game and used by the US forces is the M6 Linebacker. The M6 is a modified variant of the M2 model, with the TOW tubes replaced by a quad Stinger launcher. The targetting system has also been set up for ADA. Unfortunately the M6 is being replaced, with the Avenger already seeing deployment. Although having an Avenger in PR would be more realistic, it might not be suitable for the current style of gameplay (It's just a humvee fitted with a launcher on the bed).
3) Not sure why you mentioned the M-14. The question was about the SR-25, which is mostly a DMR version of the M16A4. Right now the USN and USMC use it as designated the Mk 11. The US Army is slowly starting to use the M110, which is a modified version of the SR25/Mk11.
The SR-25 is chambered for the 7.62mm round and not the 5.56mm, and is pretty much a modern AR-10 on steroids. It was designed to replace the M21 (a modified M14), but the two weapons are in no way similar. SR-25's are in use by all branches of the US military, as well as a few other nation's military forces. I actually think it would be perfect for PR to replace the DM rifle we are using now. I'm not a modeller though, so I can wait until someone has the spare time. It's not a game-killing aspect, the M21 variant we have now is fine.
The SR-25 is a very nice weapon. It's a bit lighter weight, has more mounting options, is very easy to transition between it and the M16 (especially for armorers), and fires very well. Any soldier who is used to the M16 (as all of them are) will find it less complicated to learn this weapon. The parts are also a lot easier to get, including modifications. I actually might buy one after Christmas.
