I'm sure this has been brought up in different forms, but this is just a real quick suggestion.I've watched Youtube, and been to the National Guard Shows to realize what the 7.62 machinegun next to the Abrams 120mm. sounds like. It's not a super quick firing sound, that's near a buzz, like in PR.It's exactly like it is in USI (U.S. Intervention).Though,no one has really got the interior sound right, except one...Vanilla BF2!BUM BUM BUM.The reg. BF2 sound of the 7.62 machinegun firing is actually accurate. But you gies got the blast sound so right,it's not even funny,i love being next to tanks and waiting for their main cannon to fire, just sounds like...Warm pancakes in the morning...don't ask...The T-90 and Challenger sound the same,I'm pretty sure?...?.But now a T-72,that's different.
Oh and another thing while I'm on the subject of Vehicles...Why do the MEC have the Havoc of all things?Wikipedia it and only Russia uses it.It's like their Apache, special,I doubt it will be for sale for other countries for a while. The "Hind" would fit them realisticly. And if making a "Hind" is too much, just see if you could barrow the 'Hind" from OPK or USI,and just change paintscheme. But if you got the one from USI,you'd just have to really remove Iraqi flag.

i think the reason you see the MEC using the havok is because originally in vanilla BF2 the war is supposed to be in the near future and the MEC is a fictional alliance of all the middle east countries {although i think its just a thinly veiled iran }that with theyre combined oil wealth can buy lots of top of the line russian equipment like havoks and t-90 tanks. and i guess in the near future russia is willing to sell damn near anything they got to anyone. actually i think it is quite realistic if you think of it that way. and im sure the PR guys tried to keep as much vanilla stuff as they could to keep development times down, which is why you still see alot of vanilla models in PR that DICE made quite well on theyre own.

I have no problem with Dice Models, they look fine. Some companies that make military equipment and vehicles have contracts with countries on selling it to others and etc.
Like Boeing.

1> Cause coaxial 240s generally fire at 950rpm
2> Making a new helicopter takes a ridiculous amount of time

I didn't say make a new chopper,I said either make a new one,OR borrow the "Hind" from OPK,or USI.Barrowing the one from USI would be easier because it already has a desert camo scheme, just remove Iraqi flag.
Also,is the Iraqi flag on the Frogfoot going to be removed anytime soon?Iraq wouldn't be MEC would they?Kind of Coalition allies are they?
Oh and the Machinegun noise PR has is accurate,it's just a tad too fast.On PR the coaxil machinegun is more like a mini-gun.Watch vid for actual.
YA KNOW WHAT! The M249 SAW in PR sounds exactly like the actual thing (WATCH VID.) so maybe that sound should take the spot.
Unless the weapon in a youtube video is a good bit away from the camera it's a useless sound reference.

Wow! Nice video! Watch that M1A2 Abrams main gun firing! All that dust! Want it for PR too and the dust has to stay for some minutes like in real. Man that would be awesome!

Well, the 50cal. on top and the TC's (tank commander) M4 fire sometimes, but the coaxil MG,which is next to the main barrel fires in the vid. WATCH IT!
AND,this is a Google Video,not Youtube,lol.
go to 5:50 when it engages and takes out a technical.

the hind is already done and can be in game from what i hear, except it is an older version of it. I would like to see the hind be the mecs attack chopper or better yet (since mec can buy top of the line stuff from russia, occording to someones post) they should get that night shark or whatever.

WE'RE OFF TOPIC!...But anyways...The M249 SAW sound effect in PR is perfect for the Tank/APC coaxil MG sound effect.
KA-52 Night Shark/KA-52 Alligator is what you mean.
Well, still that'd make MEC even more spoiled...They don't follow near the realistic line of the MiddleEast.Attack-Chopper wise.Everything else they have is fine.
They'd have to have countries like Suadi Arabia,Iraq,United Arab Emirates,Oman, and Syria to be RICH RICH RICH,but they can't,because...THOSE ARE Coailition allies!

the hind and black shark has been suggested before.
the hind would probaly be better as its well armored and can hold a pr size squad in the back

Like to see some DEV input here...But anywho, does anyone agree, from watching that vid. that the actual coaxil on the abrams and most other modern tanks sound near exactly like the PR M249 SAW.?
Nice vid. APC cannon sounded like PR!

There is an export version of the Havoc so it is highly likely that a Middle Eastern Coalition will be able to purchase a few of these. Only it wouldn't have as many features as the original in Russia's arsenal.
On that tank video, at around 2:07, that's the mounted M240 not an M249. At around 2:40, that's where the M240 coaxial machine gun fires. As for the sounds, they are near perfect as of right now in my opinion.
