I thought I'd hate it when you guys removed the crewman wrench, now I love being engineer and as always I have some suggestions...
We've all seen the sinkable mines thread...

If we can have engineers that can have mines like that but more importantly, have the mine detector to clear minefields for armour, that'd be awwwesome
I was pondering whether its possible to make it so that a severly damaged tank (blown tracks etc.) would require the engineer truck for repair. This would simulate the requirement for heavier tools etc
I personally doubt an engineer with a wrench can repair shattered turret bearings or a trashed air filter (common in desert warfare) without the need for a trcuk with spare parts.

However I believe it wouldnt be as effective without this thread coming into consideration.
