I didn't want to start a new thread, but when ever you spawn, can you sometimes not run. Like you can press shift but it will only run for half a second. But after about 30 seconds (or less I don't recall the exact amount of time) you can run again.


Maybe you didn't want to, but it makes more sense than leaving it on the Merlin thread -Masaq

bf2 bug

Infamous run bug. Annoying as hell.

Known, and ANNOYING

is it just me... but i think you can shorten the duration of this bug by going prone and releasing all keys & mouse buttons for a sec or two. (the going prone stops you getting killed )

Well thats what i do.. and it seems to help.. but it could just be in my head!

Sometimes the W-doubletap solves this for me....

I noticed, that the problem fixes as MadTommy described, go prone and don't do nothing for a few secs, then it's all fine.

as described above, the 'going prone solution' seems to work

I get this when spawning out of vehicles mostly.

I usually swap weapons, then swap back and its fine :S

Or try jump + Prone, it wastes energy bar but fixes the bug instantly.

go on a ladder or enter a vehicule it will fix it too

maybe it's just like in excercise...
You need to warm up before you start running, otherwise you get a stitch

someone said zoom in to fix it, hasnt happened since he said that so not sure if that works

Jump, then double tap W. Will fix it 100% of the time.
