A way to greatly increase team play!!

This is a idea I have that could fix some of the problem discussed in the above post.

Is it possible that the developers could make a version of game play that forces commanders and squad leaders to be the 1st assigned to there roles and then the squad leaders pick by drafting out of the player pool. The SL could use stats to determine what kind of players they want.
Say at some point one of the squads players leaves the squad, the squad leader can call for resupply and a new player can be sent to the squad. The negative side of this if a player enters the server after it mission starts they may have to wait awhile.
