remove the top lay of sand bags please so you can crouch behind them and fire.

You can shoot when crouched as their is a crease at the end of every sandbag. Ill rather have that extra bag and therefore extra cover than a better a view from both sides of the wall.

Would also like to see them only rise from the dirt when repaired to 90-95% instead of it popping up after 2 seconds at 5-10%

I thought this was going to be a suggestion to be able to construct actual sand bag walls, like a nice clean line. I think that would be cool eh, a line of sandbags similar to the razor wire?

i would prefer seeing a wall thats made of the same as the type at the VCP at basrah

Yeah those big walls are way too big to magically appear and be made by shovels...
