[Map Idea] Operation Mjolnir

TLDR Version: I have a map idea, but I don't have the skill necessary to do it yet. When I get proficient enough, would the map be good enough to become worthy of my time?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Map Title: Operation Mjolnir
Factions: US Army vs. PLA
Short Summary: In their bid to strengthen their naval forces for a possible move against Taiwan, the PLA has commandeered a US nuclear-powered carrier and brought it to dry-dock for research and eventual rechristening. Now, the 82nd Paratroopers of the US Army are being deployed by C-130 to reclaim the carrier and clear the surrounding area in the largest HALO operation in history - Operation Mjolnir.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The concept of a static C-130 spawn point has been mentioned numerous times before, but rarely put into practice - it would fit perfectly here.
The map would be balanced to favor the PLA heavily in armored support, but the main objective - the carrier itself - would not be accessible to armor. For this reason, the vehicle advantage afforded the PLA early on does little once the carrier is captured by the US, as it can easily be defended from infantry and would be inaccessible to vehicles.
After the Carrier falls, a Chinese ticket bleed would begin, forcing the team to focus on crushing the Carrier defense swiftly while minimizing careless deaths. The entire map is a King of the Hill-style race for the carrier; if the US is not fast enough, Chinese armor will crush its tiny armored cavalry element. If the Chinese cannot divert their attention to infantry combat and capture the carrier, tickets will be depleted.
Asset Overview
US Army: 1 Abrams, 2 APCs, 4 HMMWVs, 2 non-respawning Little Birds
PLA 5 tanks, 4 APCs, 4 cars, 2 transport helos
Flags
Staging Area: US flag, can be captured. Not easily defended, but stocked with some vehicles deployed ahead of time. Little Birds may or may not work, cannot be determined until map is created/tested.
Carrier: The carrier and the building surrounding it. PLA flag (not spawn), can be captured. The Carrier flag cannot be compromised by vehicles, making an organized and fast infantry insertion necessary to capture the area before Chinese armor thunders in. Easily defended by a decent team.
Forward Base: PLA uncap and the source of all Chinese vehicle support. The base is quite far from the Carrier, but not so far that the Chinese cannot stop the US in time to defend Carrier.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't possess the skill to map this at the moment, but I'm learning quickly at the moment. This poses the question: would this idea be worth the time and effort involved?
