Hi, i dont know if any one else took the time to read about the 0.7 but i did, and Damn, Dev is giving us THE THING!- We will now be able to lock Hellfire missile on tank or control it  Able to lock target whit SOFLAM giving coordinate to every single CAS aircraft in the map allowing them to use laser guided missile (Maverick) or BOMB ! (from atleast 500M of Altitude)

https://www.realitymod.com/manual/pdf/P ... Manual.pdf

( look at page 26 for more info )

I wanna tell Thank You so much to dev for this add, and hope you all a merry xmas and happy holiday/new year

Definately.

I think people are going to find things like no hud hard, but in my opinion that will be awesome!

Yeah, I agree the laser guidance is pretty awesome. I think we're going to see it most effective in tourny/clan situations, because coordinating CAS with infantry is pretty technically challenging without a good VOIP ingame.

I think if the squadleader of an Air or Helo squad takes the position as a ground spotter (especially on Kashan) you're going to have some amazing teamwork scores.

laser-targeted fire mode (fire-and-forgot) locks the missile onto a laser target provided by ground troops or placed useing alternate fire

does this mean you can make a laster-target point when you are the gunner?

Yes, but it's not that easy to do... That's why we added two types of guidance for the heavy attack chopper gunners.

Light chopper co-pilots can do it too.
