I think its great how much this mod differs from the standard 64 player karkand free for all im used too, for example, on helmand, i was UK, and i had ran only 30 or so yards from the spawn and over a mound when all of a sudden i heard whizzes of bullets as they feel like they are just missing my face, especially when its loud on the speakers, in some ways, i almost get scared, just shows how real this mod is getting, cheers guys, keep it up!

Ya it the whole point of the mod. It adds the closest reality experance to a mod for Battlefield 2. thats why i think most of the Devs stick around for so long.

I remember the first time I played this, it was on basrah, I got to a rooftop and I could hear auto AKs opening up and I just dived to the floor looking around at dozens of buildings not knowing where the shots were coming from.

In my opinion, it would be scarier if we had no respawns. But whatever. As long as there are respawns, no one shows fear. Even when up against a SAW.

I think 0.7 will take this to a new level.

No respawn EVER. You play until you die once, if you die in PR leave and don't come back.

Me and the lads have just got back from Helmand this year and we play this in my room back at camp on full volume, just because the sound effects bring you right back. I love it, and with improved sounds in .7 its only going to get better. When you have actually heard an AK round come close in real life you simply cannot play an unrealistic game.

yeah the sound engineers in this mod have done a good job the mod is amazing
