Doesn't the M1A1 in vBF2 have some stabilization to the gun? Seems like it anyway.

is there possibly some way to use something close to a hack to do it? make an aimbot that stays at the point you aim instead of fo0llowing stuff?

Everyone knows that aimbots come standard on T-90 tanks.

well what are the chances to be able to use something close to a hack? *gets excited*

Tell you what, go download an aimbot, join a server and ask punkbuster! It'll be happy to tell ya.

id rather not... but if you actually merge it with the game punkbuster doesnt react to it thus making gun stabilization possible... i hope.

I can already see the bug where punkbuster bans everyone from the server in a tank mid-game.

well, if there was a stabilization hack out side the ''box'' then it will work on everything.. or must be turned of manually that not what we want do we...?

Well, the Land Rover's .50 cal seems stable despite driver driving over stuff and terrain like mad.

You can fire while the tank is moving, but only if tank doesn't change course or drive over un-even terrain.

is it possible to manipulate a players viewing angle in the bf2 engine? if so it might be possible if you made the turret shoot a trace that outputs the map coordinates where it hits and then rotate the player view around it similar to the camera mode in vbf2 where you do a fly-by, the camera tracks the vehicle. that is until you move the aim yourself with the mouse and it locks a new point on the map.. idk if this is possible just trying to find a logical solution to this.

edit: im sure it should be possible to call the camera tracking feature and use it in some way. any devs willing to answer?
