Hi, what about tweaking the speed of the boats in PR and/or introduce a new boat model,
not like they play a vital role in the current PR gameplay or anything, just a suggestion...

I wouldn't mind having some faster boats. Make it harder to get hit by LAT.

I just want some bigger movable boats. Small patrol craft with 57mm autocannons would be nice.

I don't think that is necessary, I just want a RIB that can get my from point A to B quickly and quietly.

Pat boats like joint operations had would be cool, multiple gunports

but most maps dont have a large enough body of water to make it worth it.

if we were playing a UK vs. map, then rigid raiders and the new RIBS as used by RM would be pretty sweet, or if you wanted to get even more realistic then VSV's for SF.

Anyway what do you mean tweak? Cause at the moment they go a tad too slow considering.

an then need to be, the rib on bf2 is ****, goes about 20 knots with whats seems like about 300hp on the back

Theres a lake on quinling the size of OGT, so why not bigger boats? Ive made this suggestion before, as have others, use search.

I was also told that the SURC (small unit river craft) was suggested before aswell.
I love goin in the boats whenever I can I just want a bigger boat with more guns and a reason to river patrol

They are way too slow. We don't need new boats because they aren't used enough, but making them a bit faster wouldn't hurt anything and might make them less of easy target.

More than anything, if you're going to change boats it would be worth making it so that every faction doesn't use the exact same type, not really very realistic.

Yea boats are useless if they were better they'd be used more..
