Can we implement a head moving feature for troops like driver/pilots where you hold down the CTRL key and when you move the mouse, only your vision/head moves, therefore not giving away hidden troops positions when they have to turn their entire body to look around,
lol, i just copy pasted it, mrd you know what i was talking about...

i have no idea what you want to suggest, but if its what i think it is, its incredably unnecessary. Would take allot of work from the DEVs and not alter gameplay in any way shape or form. Also its impossible with the BF2 engine you can only get a kit you cant get the kits rifle only if you get what i mean.
Oh i almost forgot welcome to the forums.

I think you mean like a vehicle driver, using the CTRL key and then moving the mouse so only the head moves.
edit your original post to be clear so the Devs can understand, make your first paragraph something like :
"Can we implement a head moving feature for troops like driver/pilots where you hold down the CTRL key and when you move the mouse, only your vision/head moves, therefore not giving away hidden troops positions when they have to turn their entire body to look around"

I also think he means that a sniper rifle does do a full 180 when you move the crosshair a little

No guys he is talking about freelook like in ARMA and OFP. BF2 freelook has been tried but without success, so no there is no way.

simple answer. Equip something that isn't long and pointy like a sniper rifle, then turn around slowly. Reduces your profile nicely, std practice for most people, as weapons sticking out around corners, over the edge of buildings etc is the biggest give-away there is. Also one of my pet hates i keep trying to remind people how important it is to do when trying to be stealthy.

yeah, that would help the profile when turning, but it would also help, lets say your prone and covering an area, but you also wanna keep an eye on the door to your left, would be nice to just glance over and back, without even loseing your aim.... but
