Add crouch toggle please. Such a simple little addition that would add so much to the mod.

My little pinki gets cramp from holding it down, i think tis hardcoded though...

i think its just an opinion from what you have played in the past.

ive always played cs1.6 and BF2 which doesnt have toggle, and when i tried Americas army or some other game with toggle crouch, i hated it

same here.

I played alot of COD4 when it came out, getting used to things like crouch toggle made it so hard to go back to using my pinky muscles...

i use weights to keep my pinky strong, it can almost life 34grams on its own now

I don't mind crouch toggle, but if you're spending so long crouched that your pinky is sore maybe you do need a workout like nick.

Why don't you just change the key? c makes it pretty easy on your hand and it's a lot faster than ctrl.

Slow games = toggle
fast games = hold

Although I wish every game had mappings for both...lazy programmers. My favourite crouch key scheme is Rainbow six's x to go down, c to go up.

it makes for a much faster paced manuevering without the toggle. i think in reality you have to crouch and get up alot, so a toggle sucks in that respect. i remember i used to play alot of operation flashpoint which had crouch toggle, and sometimes you would forget its on and you would be trying to get away from enemy fire but couldnt run for **** because your crouching.

Space button is your friend for crouch

poor mans crouch toggle:

install xfire.

bind the xfire key to an easy key.

hit crouch, toggle the xfire window open the close it.

boom, you can let go of crouch and walk and shoot freely. hit your crouch key again to leave crouch.

Also works with walking long distances (You can however start walking and press the chat key).

Why even crouch? Go instaprone like everyone else, then use space bar to "crouch" in mid-air.

I don't really use crouch a lot, as you just get wtfpwned due walking slowly and some bunny hopper shoots you in the face.
Wish, crouch had some advantages over standing/proning tbh.

Just re-map your key to a non-finger tiring style. Example: Map your key so you can use your thumb to crouch.

Or get a keyboard with softer buttons... those grey 1996 ones are stiff as a teen on viagra.

i think we need crouch togle, i play piano at grade 4 leval and even my finger hurts after20 mintues of PR with all the holding to crouch
