Hey guys, it's the 31st over here, so Im kinda disappointed its not out. But I guess it's still the 30th over in america/UK...

Anyway, I got really excited when I heard about this new weapon handling system, hoping that it will successfully kill off the prone spammers , the pop up shooters, the running along out in the open and then insta prone and some how manage to get a headshot at 200m +.

So what I wanted to know is, will the new accuracy system successfully squash all that ****?

From what I have heard/seen/predicted with my magic ball it will in fact squash all that ****. We aren't talking of a small accuracy reduction here, it is apparently pretty severe, I am not sure what you mean by pop up shooters but I presume you are referring to people who crouch and then stand quickly and shoot you, this seems far more realistic than prone diving and so I doubt there will be an accuracy reduction in this case.

By the way, where are you that it is the 31st?

Prone spamming may be useful in dodging bullets, but returning effective fire in v0.7 is very difficult, and if you catch someone out in the open, they are dead. Unless you suck at shooting. Pop-up-headshotters have been reduced alot as well.

It'll definitely stop the prone divers. No more 31337 pronepwners

Accuravy is severely damaged for a bit when you switch positions (Prone, Crouch, Standing)

no. Deviance increases when you move, not when you switch (for example) from crouch to standing.

Anyway, the new system is going to be huge! It's pretty much going to change the way pr is played. No more running around and shooting at people. (well in cqb yes, but at even a little longer range, good luck if you try it )
