Thats it. That small video for 0.7 settled it.

For the longest of time I have been debating with myself on if I should save for a car when I turn 16, or new parts for my computer I'm always on.
I got onto the site just a little while ago and spotted the video.
Let me remind you, its been a very close call between Project reality and A car.
I watched the video, and even though it was short, it still made me badly wanna play the game.
So I've pretty much decided that I'm going to save for new parts on my computer able enough to atleast run one game with the Project reality mod.
I turn 16 on January 13. Last year it was on a friday :3

Well really, I know somebody who could get me an entirly new top end computer for $700 and maybe a little lower than that, but I'm probably gonna just get the parts for about $400-$500 and just use the casing on my computer here.
I doubt I'd be going much of anywhere... Cept the movies... And knowing my lazy ***... down the street...

i say go for a new computer. cars are usually at least 2X more expensive if not more. besides...when u get a car, ur friends will start leeching off of you like no tomorrow.

I hate having a car, you have to take people places and move things to places. Get bits for a kickass PC and then get a motorbike

See, I like your idea. I dont really need to get a motorbike, just the lisence for one. I could probably beg my dad to let me use one of his.

Get a bicycle, make up for the time you've spent sitting on your arse all day.

But sitting on my arse all day is my pass time.
Otherwise, I'm sitting on it at the movies, in school, or at the local cyber cafe... Who still havent gotten Project reality.

Good choice dude. I wish I used my car less to be honest. Once you have a car you can use your start getting roped into **** way too often. I also wish I had the money to spend on a computer, but none of that either.
More power to you, get something sweet!

You know the video teaser for 0.7 wasn't that good.

if you ever encounter the British armed forces, a little C4 and that motorbike of yours, plus your PR training, could go a long way to repelling the hostile military.

Coming from a guy who, judging from his avatar, thinks CQ room clearing is done best with an AT-4 recoilless rocket launcher...

Smart guy.
I turned 16, but I'm fortunate to use my parent's car. But most of my money goes to guitars. Then to computers.
