after about 10 mins of gameplay it freezes, including the sounds (looping/frozen state). happened 3 times now. this is on al basrah, battlearena server. havent tried any other maps yet.

windows xp home, 2gigs ram, 512 mb 7600gt card. never did that before the new install of .7

thought it was PB, re-did all PB related stuff, still same issue.

freezes so bad it wont even let me ctrl/alt/delete out, i have to hard shutdown. happened twice in a row, computer disliked it so much it lost my desktop image!!

any ideas would be appreciated.

I have the same thing going on here! Twice on basrah,battlearena sever.Could not Ctrl,alt, delete out had to shut down power to computer

Windows XP Home,3 gigs ram,320 Geforce 8800gts card and it never happened either before .07

Same here...Im getting stops that last 15-30sec every 5-10min. It then stops like you guys are discribing.

Switch from Hardware to Software in your audio options. This seemed to fix the problem for me.

If your GPU or CPU is overclocked this issue can happen, atleast for me it did.

My Card is not overclocked or anything, But I did change my audio over from Soft to Hardware and I never used Hardware in .613! I will have to try that! Its to bad becuase it sounds so good

another map seemed ok but i need more time to determine if there is a difference /level vs. server?
