My son was playing (he is an experienced player) said after 3 clips he never hit a man despite most being easy shots. Someone else in the game said they were having problems too.

Thought I would post about it.

i had this aswell, the mosin used to be pretty good i could get kills from the destructable houses to VCP now i cannot, i even tried from the destructable building in the desert to vcp (closer to vcp) and still couldnt manage a kill.

Maybe we just need to get used to it.

Let the sights settle in. you can't just pull up the scope, line up the target, pull the trigger and get a head shot. allow 3-5 seconds with the scope over the target, and avoiding any jerking movments and accuracy should improve.

Depends, if you use the SVD, and if you fire it like a machinegun, it losses lot of accuracy, as some guys say "Caml down, steady, wait, when he stops for some reason, shoot, if you fail, then say "lets try another shot", and keep tryin"

other recomendation its, dont shoot att he body, if hes have the full healt, and hes recives the shoot on the body, he will run and you will lost the target, try to aim at the head and relax :)

Without a minimap and with these new weapon sounds, being pinned by a sniper is a whole new ball game I love having to get my squad to hit the deck when we're pinned by a sniper :P

True, i had no problem with US marksman using it this way...and sure, some shots will miss but that´s just fine.

Got my hands on an SVD earlier, took some getting used to, more shots missed than usual, but I was still able to get a few kills...mainly because they didn't have a clue as to where I was at :p
