Yeah, this morning i disconnected because of the IP cable popped out of the slot, so i inserted it again and i had obiously disconnected. But when i tried to join again it said that i couldn't because it said i had been kicked from the server by a number of teamkills. I had played for just about 5 minutes and had been sitting in a truck.

So therefor: Is this a bug of some sort, or is it a server error? Thank you in advance.

were you flying a fully loaded chopper before getting disconnected?

were you playing on the Tactical Gamer server? They have some reserved slot thing where it only lets 62/64 players on the server and kicks you if you are the 63rd person so it means nothing except for you have to wait for a spot.

Only those on the reserved list (i.e. only Tactical Gamer Clan peeps) are allowed to fill those last 2 slots. Pubs not TG clan can only join the Tactical Gamers server if it reads below 62/64. I am constantly clicking on and off that server for the 61/64 to show and then I pray I join quick enough. I wish there was an alternate server filled up like that also.
