Tonight we had to ban a couple of experienced tournie players from our server for exploiting a glitched building. They massacred loads of our sides troops coming into the CP in question, obviously had no intention of reporting it and so they got banned.

If you get caught exploiting glitches in servers and don't act as a gentleman, you will find your details (cd hash key) being distributed amongst all the servers that run in the PR area.

Be warned, act with honour when you find glitches. If you don't and we get screenies of you firing out of buildings and cutting down half the opposing team you will be caught, banned, maybe even publicly shamed (kicked from your own clans) and you will find that after a short period of time you will be unable to join any public servers.

Was bad enough their own commander (another experienced player Spacecadett) had told them to stop it and they didn't.

The two people who were banned were:

1. [name removed]
2. [PR]CATA|Hisham

Don't know if there were more. They were on the enemy team. Perhaps others know? (*spacecadett* was their commander and told them to stop the glitching as well)

Honestly if anyone glitching is from a clan or tournament they should be reported. And if part of PRT removed from it. And there lucky Space didnt flip out at them.(I wish i was there, always fun to see space get mad)

Glad they were dealt with quickly, they recived severall warnings but ignored them.

Also I beleive you just stole my line MrD I was the one that typed If you find an glitch report it don't exploit it

If you've found an exploit, in some cases it may be best to PM a developer or tester so that it can be put in the private forums rather than posted out in the open where everyone can read about it

Maybe set a exploit forum, similar to the support forum at the tournament or the POTD submit forum at TBF2 where anyone can post a thread, but that thread is only viewable by the poster and the PR team.

I'm in 2 minds what I think about sharing glitch reports on the private server admins forum. Whilst it's good to know what to look out for, not all server admins are whiter than white. Or perhaps I'm just too suspicious.

Definately, Private Glitch thread for server admins, They may not all be whiter than white but theyre whiter than most... I feel a bit too KKK saying that so lets just say we trust server owners/admins more than most

We have to go careful with Fallenspartan right now. There is a possibility he wasn't one of the two in the building that utilised the glitch after the bunker was blown. We know how the glitch worked now.

But we will need to know who the second person was and that's going to take witnesses. I've asked Spacecadett to provide his evidence and let's see what other members of that squad or team will say if they notice this thread

um i have found another glitch in al burj map. who should i PM it to (i have SS of it) i dont want to put it in bug thread cause ppl can see how its done and use it :S . i was going to report it sometime this week, i just found it yeterday.good thing i found this thread

just tell me who i should pm.
