What happened? I haven't seen one anywhere, and there seems to be no way to rearm armor these days.
Am i missing something?!

They removed them; unfortunatly for me, that ends my ENGY career as the go-to supply and repair guy
Mind you, I provided excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Armor should be able to rearm from supply crates...

Nah, because then the Supply Truck is just replacing the armament truck

I know what you mean. Now that my ammo delivery and repair business is bankrupt, I won't have a way to feed my family!

Please give us back the Supply vehicles. They were great for the teamwork and much more realistic than the normal wrench of the engineers.

Yeah, I loved being an engi and using the supply truck to help the team. Bring it back please!

There are even more Commander trucks than Humvee's in Kashan!
IT'S FRIGGIN STUPID! :'(

I think those old resupply trucks should come back.
Even if they can't rearm.. just because they were so cool!

Yeah i want the hummvee back to.
also what about a 50cal in the Co truck?
so it has somekind of defense. last time an entire team was dicimated by two enemies.

+ 1 good suggestion without flaming
I think heavy vehicles like tanks should be nigh on impossible to repair with the spanner when theyre below 60% health. after all how often does stan with a spanner overhaul a trashed tank engine or blown tracks with a spanner?
Maybe make the ammo available from the hummer limited so that you have to go back to a firebase to reload, something like 5 sabot and 5 HEAT, just as emergency ammo on the battlefield.
Now H-at needs more steadying aswell crews will have to be careful where to repair, thatd be a sweeeet target
I remember on kashan once. We were driving in our tank north of the bunker, we noticed a T-90 on the hill south. opened fire and got him, but another had snuk up on us, he laid two hits into us before I managed to get his turret ring and knock him out with one round.
We tried to escape but couldnt! the tracks were blown! BOTH of them!!! ARRGH! what do we do?!?
Then we get on the 50 cal and start defending from the frogfoot and havoc that are circling us. across the battlefield, explosions bouncing everywhere, ful speed drives the repair humvee with 2 engineers inside.
5 minutes (imo 5 is good for 2 people + vehicle to fix buggered tank) and we were all patched up ready to go and we went our separate ways

LOL True Dat! I think you've glued/wrenched/duct taped my tracks back on before in game. I have no complaints and would recommend your services to other Tankers in need!
It seems that the repair men have changed to more "Logistics" and are off assembling commander assets or delivering much needed ammo to infantry at the front. We did turn Government Office into a nice repair depot one time on Qwai River.
You and your buddy could always hop on a dirt bike in Qinling with your Wrench while blaring the theme from CHiPs

Thanks

it was my pleasure to serve all tank crews.
Commander trucks aren't bad, but they are big and maneuvering can be difficult (hills for instance). Plus they are better used else-where like transporting infantry to the front lines.

I'm all for bringing back the repair trucks, at least on kashan, maybe putting them on quinling. The huge maps with tanks would really benefit from them imo.

The enginners magic wrench / 1 man wonder vehicle is a cheesy throwback to vanilla. I play engineer often and it is a great class but the idea that one man can reapir a tank or blown bridge in 1 min with a wrench is not a good gameplay mechanic.
A 2-man engineer vehicle that can repair bridges, clear/drop mines would be a welcome addition but i personally hope the abilities of the goodlike wrench are gone in the next version.
Playing as unsurported infantry/miltia with a few LATS, getting "camped" by armour that can be constantly reapaired in the field by a few prone engineers is silly. I want armour to have to disengage and run back to a rear base when they get low on ammo or sustain damage - it makes for a great ambush potential which is a fun gameplay element that the "magic wrench" and field resupply removed.

Would be nice, if the command post repaired vehicles, since wrenching takes some time and it's hard to find an engineer sometimes.

The wrench is the only practical way of putting repair into PR. Wrenching takes long enough already, long enough that any engineer against a semi-decent team will die without semi-decent protection.
In general, I want to see the Commander truck used as a Commander truck, not as a troop transport. Also, we just need more wheeled vehicles in general. Getting to the front lines can be a *****.
