Since we'll be getting the US Army (.8!

) and possibly the Stryker APC, my question is would it be possible to give the US Army faction diffrent types of strykers? I ask because I just got done watching a show on the millitary channel about them. Theres the normal APC type, an engineer version, a command vehical version, an AT version and some others.

and version C has still problems, it falls to the side when fireing the cannon turned. o_0
but a command version replacing the commandtruck on some maps would be nice.

There is not an anti-aircraft variant of the Stryker, but there is an anti-aircraft variant of its older brother, the MOWAG Piranha / GM Canada (now General Dynamics Land Systems) LAV I. The LAV-AD (along with other LAV variants) is used by the Marines.
Yes, the Linebacker has been withdrawn from US service and is no longer being marketed by United Defense/BAE Ground Systems (vehicles are being re-configured to IFV, CFV and ESV) and we have been wanting to replace them on all maps with the Avenger Pedestal Mounted Stinger (HMMWV-based, and used by both Army and Marines), but we've run into snags with coding it.
"G" Variant is the Stryker Engineer Squad Vehicle fitted with a mine plow. Since we don't have large minefields in PR, I don't think it'll be in game.

What I meant to ask was why can't we have snow in PR? Is it because it's not possible or is it because it's not gonna happen?

Sorry, but those links don't seem to work whatsoever. Anyway, it is possible to have snow, as I have seen in other BF2 mods. It's just a matter of texturing.

I would love it. a real Mech-Inf unit would be fun. And there speed could make them deadly at a convoy unit.

Why not rip the M6 coding and toss it on a 2nd version of the LAV thus making it a LAV-AD? And conversely rip the LAV-25 Coding and toss it on the M6, and make it a M2 and a M3 (Warrior/Scimitar if you catch my drift)
