I just played a round as a militia commander and I've killed two british soldiers, but my kills didn't count towards my score. I even waited more than 30 seconds, but nothing. Is this a game bug or server bug of some sort?

To discourage commanders from going to the frontlines looking to improve their K/D ratio instead of commanding.

I read the manual a long time ago, thank you very much. Just didn't know that as a commander kills would always show as zero.

jeez guys, what's happening to this group? calm down no need to insist he memorize the damn guide. .You actually took the time to look it up yourself and paste in in, why act like he wasted your time?

Hold on, we are not talking about kills not giving you points. It's fine this way.
The discussion is about kills not counting to commander's score (ie. kill number always on 0).

Right on. And as far as I know, that is not specified in the manual or anywhere else.

Kills/Deaths/Teamwork Points/Points are ALL a part of your score, thus what the manual said still applies. If they took out only the conventional point gains but left in the conventional kill count there would still be the incentive for commanders to get an 'ub3r1337' K/D ratio...So, commander simply does not get kill counts.

...Though I could be wrong...For the life of me I can't seem to find a single screenshot anywhere showing the 0.7 scoreboard.

It's working as intended.
