The first one, found on Qwai river.
The thing is near impossible to fly! No wonder I never see it on that map, it's seriously impossible to do anything it.
It's gun are virtually useless, it's very hard to aim and fly with it, it's all over the place, it has a tendency to aim upwards by itself. It crashes really, really quickly. I have no problem flying any other helicopters (other than the Merlin which lags)

with the ah6 I pulverize them in under 2 seconds.
the only chance they got is to use to 1 and only advantage they have.. flee cause its much faster.
so yeah its pretty much useless.

yeah the pla scout chopper is weird. for some reason it tilts up when you try to fly forward :S so if you forget to push your mouse forward for a single sec youre dead.

I haven't noticed any problems.

is just because it is a bigger chopper, so you can't use the same techniques of LB to those. Just get used to it.

Adapt to flying it; it is a little wierd, and if you don't constantly tilt back you will nose-dive into the floor whilst accelerating.
In all honesty though, it's fine to fly (Though not the easiest

)

It doesnt nose dive and its my favourite chopper. It pulls back which considering you are flying forward is a natural counter and far more stable then the littlebirds tendency to plunge forward if not attended to.
It is a bit of a strange heli and it was even stranger in 0.5 when it flew more like a pogo stick. It still follows this tendancy slightly and you must time your movements carefully.
On Qwai it is superior to the AH6 littlebird. It has a faster cruise speed and far better top speed, the miniguns it has have a superior splash damage and calibre to them. The ammo lasts much longer then the m134
Its a closed cab also which prevents protects the pilot
It will not turn as easily as the littlebird at speed but it will alter course well if you time it well.
The MEC chopper is not the same model and probably the worst handling heli in the game imo. Again in theory it has the higher speed vs the lb

Nah mate. You press 'W' without touching yer mouse, it dives forward.

Ok I will have to make a video I guess. Which tendancy do you think the littlebird has, maybe our controls are the oppisite
The heli Im talking about is Chinese PLA one given on Qwai, foreground of that picture.
The OP disagrees with you also

Could be a result of inverted controls?
When I push my mouse forward, planes and choppers dive forth; when I pull back, they pull up.

I always set my mouse to be inverted in all games I play, that would explain it I guess
