I bought BF2, it worked fine, played PR alot, until I uninstalled it and reinstalled it...Now it says that my CD key is incorrect.
Since my warranty was expired, I coulndt sent it to EA to have a new CD key...
So I bought the game again (10$, dirt cheap like said in the amazing reply by beerhunter), installed it with exitement aaannnnnndddddddd........ the CD key is not valid.

My questions:
Do I really have to send my warranty with my manual to EA in California by mail or could I just scan them and send an email?

If I do send my warranty, are they going to give it back?

Why do I have to send it to EA California, why not EA Vancouver (its a hell of a lot closer and dosent cost as much)?

Why is EA so retarded with customer support?

P.S: I edited the whole point of the post, so the whole subject changed

You can but the original BF2 dirt cheap these days and me thinks discussing pirating software in these forums is a real big NO NO.

jesus christ, if you look online you can find a brand new copy of bf2 for NINE bucks. DICE, who made bf2, still deserve to make some money even for all the faults in the game.

$9! That's like 2 decent lunches, or one very excellent lunch. Or 10 bags of potato chips.

But yeah, buy a new copy.

I know, but the real reason is, i cant find the booklet anymore and it really pisses me off to pay that money.

2nd hand piece of paper, or your own booklet I say the same thing:

1.) Buy a new copy.

But also: Maybe now you'll be more careful with it!
