We should have civilians for both armies on insurgency maps
They both would have the same model
So we can represent civis working iwth the liberating army and civis working for the insurgents
Brits would have penaltys if their civilians get shot and if they kill insurgent civilians
And it gives a bit of dictatorship side to the insirgency and would encourage more attention when shooting at civis.

This is actually a decent idea. I don't know if it'd work for the current mode, but I'd love to see the principle evolve. There's potential here.

Hehe, the first thing that came to mind when I saw your post was a line of 'UK civilians' and a line of 'insurgent civilians' pelting each others with rocks .

This was suggested before, not to much avail. I agree that it is an interesting idea, but I don't know that it would seriously shift the balance of the insurgent maps at all.
