Nice finds, but this doesn't really belong in general discussion.
I imagine that the static would need to be redone for the building with the arabic text, so I don't know that its a big deal. Maybe it was built by the arabs? I do believe that Rhino said he already knows about this though.
What exactly is the deal with the guy in the street? Was he in a vehicle before?

The guy on the floor is still in shock obviously and is still coming to terms with losing his car.
Also the arabic text is not completely incorrect as some regions of China are islamic and use a modified arabic text, such as the Xinjiang autonomous region
