Weapon damage

So I've spent like the last 40 minutes looking through the tweak files to figure out where the weapon damage is, and though I was expecting to find something like ObjectTemplate.damage I got nothing out of that in either the .tweak, .con, or (and this wouldn't make sense in ANY way shape or form if it did work) the .inc. So where the **** did the DEVs stow this information? It's gotta be somewhere, because I still die when I get shot.

Oh Gee you think?
@Jaymz, are we suppose to be looking for a knight?

Go into C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\objects, objects_server.zip\Weapons\Handheld, open the folder for the weapon you want to look at, open the .tweak file in that folder and search for ObjectTemplate.projectileTemplate. Remember what that projectile is, then go into objects_server.zip\Weapons\common\projectiles and find the projectile. This file should give you your starting info.
If you want to find out what damage something does against a particular material, find this line ObjectTemplate.material in the projectile file. Then go to common_server.zip\Material and open the MaterialEditor.exe. Input the value of ObjectTemplate.material and select a material for it to interact with to get the modifier which is multiplied by the original damage value you got.
eg for the Type 95 which is the Chinese carbine, the damage is 32 and material is 3556. Against "Human_body" (24) the modifier is 1.7 so the damage done is 54.4

So Jay, I was going to find waldo by magnifying your image, but its not high res....pure evil.
Thank you nedlands. I was searching the BF editor forums and they did not describe it that way at all.

Yes, you win. I don't understand how you saw that, I had to strain my eyes to pretend there is a waldo shape. I'll just assume you're right.
BTW you don't win if you had a childhood memory of where it was.

You clearly had a very deprived childhood!
