On albrashar when u get into the white jeep as insurgent why does it make a noise like im charging the defiblirator pedals? Do the insurgents have Hybrid cars now? DId GM put its electrical cars back on market?

If you park your jeep next to a wall, you cannot exit and it will give the defrib.sound for whatever reason. I'm assuming this is what you are referring to, otherwise its probably a bug of sorts.

It sounds like you are taking my suggestion, to try find things out yourself, to heart.

well nedlands i have absolutely no idea what it means and creating a local and getting in the jeep is not something that i will figure out. When u get in the white jeep and it makes that noise, you are nowhere near a wall or anything just open road space, so thats why it caught my attention. In the need to satisfy my curiosity i just thought somebody on here would be able to explain it to me quickly and painlessly, and they did, thank you very much.
PS: Ned, thats actually a preety damn useful side thread u made, lol, just not for this case.
