Since the minimap has been removed it is a huge effort to have to constantly press m and wait 3 seconds for the map to come out JUST for you to find your squad leader. Maybe a simple arrow that rotates 360 degrees and points to your squad leader would be such an efficiency, i like the reality of having no minimap and the timed real sized map.

This small arrow would be very helpful. It shouldnt be too hard? should it?

The minimap "problem" have been talked about a lot and there is lots of long threads about it.

I see your suggestion and I know where you're coming from

I say good idea because itd help squad Cohesion and movement

I say bad idea becasue the SLs who have learnt 0.7 should have no probs forming his own squad together, tis his job to worry about the map

Try getting the SL to always put a move marker down and try getting everyone to stop sprinting that helps keep together better than any minimap.

It's a no from me. On the grounds I doubt troops IRL have an arcade-machine style arrow saying "BOSS-MAN HERE"
